Azavista is a tech company headquartered in Amsterdam, specializing in comprehensive event management solutions. In 2022 we have partnered to develop their first hardware product for big events. The goal was to design an all-in-one check-in and badge printing device. This has automated the event-entering process, limiting staff members and increasing speed, avoiding long check-in lines. Removable branding panels help adapt to different events quickly giving marketing opportunities to organizers and sponsors. The compact form factor allows devices to travel to different events around the world today. After successful beta-testing of kiosks at multiple events in Europe and the US, we are working on the next generation of improved devices.

Several concepts were considered in the process. Functionality and speed were key factors in decision-making to move fast into beta testing. 60 units were manufactured and tested at international events.
