With a chosen concept, we move into mechanical engineering and prototyping. Manufacture
As we prepare for manufacturing, our focus shifts to optimizing the design for production. This involves finalizing manufacturing 2D and 3D CAD data, selecting appropriate materials, colors and finishes (CMF), and streamlining the design for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability. We engage in detailed communication with manufacturers to ensure the product can be produced efficiently at scale.
